Medical Councils around the world are migrating from bureaucratic systems to online systems. This project included design and development of an automation to facilitate complaining and manage membership for Shahrekord IMC. After completing this project, medicals can register and pay their bills online. Also, people can complain via the website. They can pay, fill forms, and upload their evidence files, and officials can investigate and manage the complaints.
