This month, Alphabet announced that Chrome browser will block websites with Mixed Contents. Using this blocking, the websites owners should make their contents consistent with regard to the protocol to access them. Therefore, users can safely access to websites.

Is it possible that Google Chrome blocks Mixed Contents?

At this moments users see warning at the left of the URLs on the Chrome but Google will blocked the mixed content web pages soon. Even though blocking this web pages is not possible, Google will handle this by prompting an alarm page.
